John Cobb Rochford has been in the title business since 1993. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was the student writing editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and was also on the Deans List. John has practiced law in Nashville since 1997. He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed and bonded Tennessee Title Insurance Agent and licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Kentucky. John is frequently asked to speak to groups on real estate legal matters.
