John Cobb Rochford has been in the title business since 1993. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Law School, he was the student writing editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and was also on the Deans List. John has practiced law in Nashville, Tennessee since 1997. He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed and bonded Tennessee Title Insurance Agent and is licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Kentucky.

John is frequently asked to speak to groups on real estate legal matters.

John's grandfather, John B. Cobb, Jr., founded Attorneys Title Company in 1949, one of Nashville's oldest and best remembered title insurance companies. Attorney's Title Company in Nashville is now known as Old Republic Title Insurance Company. So title business is not just a profession. It is in our blood.
